Company Description

Our PR & Communications team is looking for an Event & PR Manager for CEE/Poland, supporting AUTO1 Group as well as our brands AUTO1.com (B2B), and Autohero (B2C). In this role, you will actively shape our public image and increase visibility for all brands through impactful, brand-building events and communications.

Your main focus will be on strengthening AUTO1.com’s presence at key B2B industry events in Central and Eastern Europe and boosting Autohero’s awareness in major Polish media channels. You will serve as the go-to expert for event creation and execution, collaborating closely with international teams.

You will report directly to a Communications Lead in Berlin while working closely with the Polish country leadership. This role is based at our HQ in Warsaw. If you’re ready to take ownership from day one, join our international team — we look forward to meeting you!

Your new Role

  • Plan, organize, and execute impactful B2B industry events and trade fairs in collaboration with different teams and stakeholders across CEE

  • Identify and assess key events for participation or sponsorship, negotiate contracts, and coordinate venue, suppliers, and logistics

  • Develop event concepts, project plans, timelines, and oversee execution—ensuring seamless branding, guest experience, and stakeholder alignment

  • Create and manage innovative own event formats for partner dealers, including custom concepts, budgeting, and post-event analysis

  • Support the organization of internal company events and local All-Hands meetings

  • Prepare speaker /team with key messages and support speakers with presentations, talking points, and digital assets

  • Develop and implement own PR concepts based on the EU PR strategy

  • Adapt and localize EU PR initiatives for the local market

  • Occasional travel required

Your Skills

  • Degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Communications, Event Management, Marketing or similar

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in PR, Communications, or Event Management

  • Strong organizational, project management, and leadership skills

  • Independent, structured, and proactive working style

  • Excelling working in an international fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Experience in managing budgets

  • Existing press network in Poland (automotive industry a plus)

  • Polish native speaker, fluent in English

Nice to have:

  • Experience working in the automotive industry or on automotive-related projects – this will be a valuable asset, especially for international collaboration and understanding market specifics.

  • Experience working in international teams and cross-country collaboration
